ONIVELLE™ sells women's clothing wholesale exclusively to verified businesses (B2B). Access to wholesale prices and ordering is available to business customers after successful account verification. The Store does not sell to consumers. This does not exclude special statutory rights granted to certain natural-person entrepreneurs.

5. Intellectual property

Materials on the ONIVELLE™ website, particularly photographs, product descriptions, graphic designs, brand signs and visual-identity elements, may be protected by copyright and intellectual-property law. Copying, distributing or using them without an appropriate legal basis or the rights holder's permission is prohibited.

6. Legal provisions
